Safety & Support

Dignity, information
and appropriate help.

HerDen places importance on respectful communication and safeguarding-aware planning. We do not currently operate an emergency or case-management service.

If you are in immediate danger: contact the appropriate local emergency services or a trusted local support organisation. Do not rely on HerDen website forms for urgent assistance.

What HerDen currently provides

This site provides public information about an emerging platform and its aims. It does not presently offer emergency intervention, legal representation, professional counselling, medical advice or case management.

Respecting privacy

Please do not submit medical histories, details of abuse, harassment allegations or other sensitive disclosures through general interest and contact forms.

Children and young people

HerDen's broader vision includes girls, but its initial online applicant registration will be restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Activities involving minors must first have appropriate safeguarding policies, consent arrangements, referral protocols and trained oversight.

Before services are introduced

HerDen will need approved policies and appropriately assessed partners, clear service boundaries, complaints processes, referral pathways and suitable training for those working with participants.
